Self-pay or private-pay fees for initial and fellow-up sessions are detailed below. Be advised that no-show or late cancellation is charge at $75.

No-show / Late Cancellation
- Cancellations must be made a day (24 hours) before your scheduled appointment to avoid a $75 fee.
- No-show incurs $75 fee.
- Two consecutive no-shows will result in treatment termination.
Administrative Fees
Out-of-Pocket Payment
- Writing a letter or report at patient's request.
- Consulting with another healthcare provider or other professional outside of normal case management practices.
- Preparation, travel, and attendance at a court appearance.

ADHD Test
- QbTest (QbCheck) is an FDA-cleared, clinical test for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) that objectively measures the three core symptoms: inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity.
- You can take this test securely and remotely, from the comfort of your home or any secure location of your choice.
